Shop Opening Times:

Monday through Thursday from 10:00 to 17:30

Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00

Sunday closed. (Shopping Sundays will be announced on our website and social media accounts.)

Visiting by public transport:

Take Lijn bus 2 towards Nieuwland from Amersfoort Centraal. Get of at 'De Rode Leeuw.' From here it is a 900m walk.  

Visiting by car:

We have 4 convenient parking spaces right in front of our door as well as several other parking spaces available in the street.   

Picking, packing and postage within the Netherlands:

0-20kg's € 7.85 - PostNL

(Orders with Alcohol is €8.65 up to 20kg - Age check/Leeftijdscheck 18+) (PostNL)

Online orders on average are processed and posted within 2-3 business days, however we cannot promise this is always the case. Busier periods (after receiving container, end of the month or holidays) can affect these processing times. We do however promise to respond to all orders within 3 business days and post it within 5 business days. If this is not the case you will be informed.  For time sensitive orders please order in advance to avoid disappointment.

We accept bank transfers, IDEAL payments, Apple Pay, PayPal as well as all major Credit Cards. (Fees may apply.)

The picking, packing & postage cost is depended on the delivery country and the weight of the parcel.

Norway, Switzerland & Faroe Islands - as these countries fall outside the EU, postage starts off at a set rate and increases with each 2kg's added. The starting rate is: €24.75 up to 2kg. (Please note: Customs duties/import duties will apply!)

(Please note we cannot post any meat products eg. Biltong, Chilli Bites etc to Switzerland.)

We do not have a liquor license to sell hard liquor, but we do sell premixes.

EU rules and regulations does not allow the import for sale of products containing dairy or any other animal byproduct from South Africa. We also do not import any medicines. 

The following items cannot be imported:

• Chocolates from South Africa (including Easter Eggs.)
• NikNaks Cheese, Cheese Curls or any other cheese flavoured chips. 
• Fish Paste, Anchovies, Melrose Spread.
• Crosse & Blackwell Mayonnaise
• Potato Bakes or any other spice packets containing dairy. 
• Cremora, Ultra Mel, Stork. 
• Grandpa Headache Powders
• Cerevita (Zimbabwe), FutureLife.
